Good morning, is it necessary to have a credit card to rent a car?

Excellent service, friendly and transparent contract. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

The price is low, but the condition of the cars leaves much to be desired: worn tires, one of mine slashed and I had to pay for it, and during the trip the car started making noise...it didn't have brake fluid. Honestly, never again.

I absolutely do not recommend this company, at least not the Macul branch. I rented two cars consecutively for over a month in total, and the bill came to a hefty sum. When I went to return the second car, they charged me 70,000 pesos for two very minor scratches, without providing an invoice or any details of the repairs, only a copy of the voucher, even though we asked for it. The first car I rented had many more scratches, and they hadn't repaired them. I think it's a rip-off to charge for scratch repairs and then continue renting cars from them. When I asked when they were going to take it in for repairs, they didn't give me any answer. The service I received was quite dismissive and arrogant. One less customer.
