⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended! We were looking for a vehicle for a long road trip across South America and came across this amazing business. Noam, the owner, specializes in selling vehicles fully equipped for overland travel — including camping gear, caravan setups, and everything you need for an extended journey. He also takes care of all the complicated bureaucracy involved in buying a car as a foreigner in South America. We purchased a Toyota 4Runner in excellent condition, fully prepared and ready to hit the road. Within less than 10 days, we were already traveling. Since then, we’ve driven more than 10,000 km across South America and are still enjoying the car every single day. What truly stands out is Noam’s support. Even weeks after the purchase, he remains available, offering guidance, answering questions, and helping remotely whenever needed. It gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing he’s always there for us. In short – exceptional service, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended for anyone planning a South American adventure with a vehicle!

My brother and I had a terrific experience with Suzi Santiago! Noam and Carlos were very responsive, kind, and flexible with pick up and drop off (which was much appreciated). The van that we rented had great features, such as a stove, warm shower, and solar powered mini-fridge. We slept comfortably and had an awesome trip up and down Chile’s coast. No problems with the car whatsoever, and by far the best deal you can find out there when it comes to camper vans. Highly recommend!!!

We bought a camper for our trip around South America from Noam and his team and they have gone above and beyond to support us! A really unique experience of buying a used car where they continue to help you weeks after the sale is complete. Everyone at Suzi has been so helpful, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Thanks again!

Highly Recommend 🫶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was completely impressed with Noam, Fabiola amd the team’s professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money and save your time! It took us 3 working days to get the RUT which is surprising fast! The staffs (Fabiola and Barbara) can speak fluent English who are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this business. I also absolutely loved the trip planning class (weekly) with Noam. The course was well-structured, engaging, and packed with valuable knowledge. Noam made the material easy to understand with clear explanations and interactive discussions. What stood out most was cross boarder tips and itinerary planning. Thanks to this class, I now feel much more confident in traveling around South America by vehicle. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to gain knowledge in planning trip to South America. Thanks Noam for all the tips and useful information.

Do not use Suzi Santiago if you are a backpacker looking to buy a car. Before buying, we asked multiple times whether the vehicle was reliable and suitable for long-distance travel across South America. We were told that the car had been checked, maintained, and was ready to travel. After we signed the paperwork and paid, we received documents showing significant previous engine repairs that had not been clearly explained before the purchase. After only one month of travel, the engine suffered a major failure. The mechanic who inspected the vehicle told us that the breakdown was related to pre-existing engine problems and previous repair work. The repair cost was so high that we had no practical option other than getting rid of the vehicle after just one month on the road. When we contacted Suzi Santiago, we were told that the situation was our responsibility and not their problem. No assistance, solution, or compensation was offered. We were also told that we should not have bought that particular vehicle. During our trip, we met four other groups of backpackers who had purchased vehicles through Suzi Santiago. Three of them experienced serious mechanical problems shortly after purchase. One spent around US$3,000 on repairs. Another vehicle broke down on its very first trip, causing its owners to lose almost a month dealing with repairs. A third group also reported major mechanical issues shortly after buying. At some point, it becomes difficult to understand how backpackers are supposed to trust these vehicles as being “ready to travel” when so many people report major problems shortly after purchase. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Suzi Santiago. There are several other companies in Chile offering the same service to backpackers, and they are easy to find with a quick search, so make sure to compare your options carefully before making a purchase.

In May 2024, I handed my car over to Naom of Suzi Santiago CTW (and no not to Daniel from the other Suzi Santigo) and it was up for sale for 18,000,000 CLP, by Feb 2025 the price was slowly dropped to 13,300,000 because "it didn't sell". However I have found out that it was actually sold on 27 May 2024 for 12,400,000 CLP but I have only just got my money on 17 Feb 2026, 1 year and 9 months later. Don't trust these guys.
