I was in Cali during the Christmas holiday and needed a car. I called just about every agency in town and was ready to give up on getting one, but kept on calling. I reached Renta Motor and they actually had a car, and even though it wasn't what I wanted, I was grateful to get any kind of wheels although being the last car in Cali I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the car and very much so with the staff, who were very friendly and professional. I had a nice car and at a fair price as well. As the return date neared, I got a call from the Damaris the manager telling me that I wouldn't be able to return the car on the planned date due to the driving limitations imposed by the virus mitigation effort. They said they would come by the next day to pick it up from where I was staying, which they did. I am very impressed with this agency and would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service, we called and reserved a car and when we arrived to pick it up it had already been rented out.

They're thieves. They charged us for a whole day and took the car. They want to charge for everything just to avoid giving us a full refund of the deposit.
