I don't even know where to begin! This is THE car rental company to use in Medellín/Rionegro. Their service is phenomenal. I needed a last-minute 4x4 vehicle (like, I needed it immediately at around 8 pm on a Sunday night) and they came and picked me up from my airbnb to bring me to the office/car even after they were closed. Their office is in a great location 10-15 minutes from El Poblado. They are super professional and very friendly. When I got to Medellín I spoke virtually no Spanish, but they were easily able to accommodate me. They were very clear about the charges and had very competitive rates. I needed to drop the car off at the airport at Rionegro and they said it was no problem at all. No extra charge. Their communication was excellent the whole way through the trip. We did a thorough walk around together and they were very detail oriented. The car: they had a Toyota TX for me that was INCREDIBLE. So comfortable. I needed a 4x4 because I'm a geologist and am on some seriously rough roads, and the Toyota handled everything I came across with ease. Now for the real test: I left for the airport at the end of my trip at 3 in the morning. They gave me explicit directions to the parking lot in Rionegro where I could leave the car and get a free ride to the airport, including a picture of the sign and name of the company. In my infinite wisdom, I just put the location in my GPS and stopped where my GPS said to stop without checking which lot. Well, I stopped at the wrong lot and left it there. Big oops. I felt terrible. Thankfully, they were very patient and understanding and were able to get the car back no problem. I will absolutely be using them again (and next time will actually drop it off at the right place 😖) and I will be recommending them to all my colleagues! Thanks Rentadora Dinamica! ❤

Super nice and helpful jeaneth. Everything went well!. Just make sure you are ok with having a full deposit charged to your cc and having to wait for up to 15 days to get your money credited back to your cc!!!

The best rental car company , They are very professional. The cars are always clean and in the best condition never had any issue. I have been renting cars with them for the past 4 years and is the best service Besides that Jonathan is an amazing guy very polite and always has the best attitude Totally recommend it

Price was ok. They did not refund my full deposit without telling me why. Go with Localiza instead.
