They don't adequately explain what insurance coverage you are purchasing when you don't know Spanish. I asked them for complete insurance coverage and yet for minor damage to the front end they are wanting to charge me. They don't provide adequate written documentation even in Spanish.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The person at the front desk clearly only wanted to leave because they had supposedly been working for 16 hours straight. Nothing that was promised over the phone was ever fulfilled. We were literally left outside the facilities and had to walk all the way back. Now nobody is answering our calls or responding about the refund. Absolutely unacceptable service and a horrible experience overall

Terrible service. Had to walk back to the airport. They refused to give me a ride back.
