I want to thank Jet Rent a car, a local rental company in Medellin, Colombia and share our review on our car rental experience, as this was one of the things we were mostly worried about. We communicated in advance by phone on Whattsapp. The gentleman on the other side Provided clear, respectful, and action-oriented support. He made it a priority to lead me every step of the way. He was clear as to all his directions where I needed to walk to, the door to exit when we arrived at the airport and the phone number to call for a shuttle bus that picked us up , to pick up the car. The parking lot named La Hortensia, was very close to the airport. The price was very appealing. The Car was of comparable type and in great conditions. No issues during use. Return of the car was equally smooth and efficient. They treated us with great care and gave us helpful info about restaurants, sites to see, etc. We highly recommend your company and Happy to rent again.
