Even when our arrival in Arequipa was delayed due to a road closure, he was flexible and adjusted our reservation without any issues. The Toyota Etios was ideal for our family of four - spacious trunk for all our backpacks, clean, comfortable, and easy to drive through Chivay and the Canyon. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Herbert’s professionalism and friendliness made the whole process stress-free. Muchas gracias, Herbert!
