We booked a tour from Saul and Marco for a morning hike to Misti. That was great, top guys, chill hike. What was even greater was that Saul also organised a hike the day after -to Carro Blanco in Nasca. Our guide Yason was knowledgable and fun.

We booked a three-day, two-night El Misti and Chachani volcano trekking tour with this company. Although some mentioned earlier that the company has poor communication with clients (hence being labeled a scam), our experience from booking to departure saw prompt and helpful responses from them. The volcano tour included round-trip hotel transfers, and every meal was delicious (possibly depending on who your guide is). I recommend booking your volcano hike through this travel agency.

There are dozens of travel agencies but if you choose Peru Adventure Tours, you won't be disappointed...at least for us, it was a very good choice! First, the site of this agency is visible on the Net. It is so extensive (even to excess ;-) ) that you have all the useful and necessary explanations, ranging from the description of the different tours by category, with what is included or not, recommendations, how to book , payment methods, terms and conditions, FAQs… in short, everything from A to Z! No surprises on arrival! The adventure began in 2019 with the reservation for autumn 2020... as the coronavirus arrived, the postponement to 2021 or even 2022 was immediately proposed by Saul Ceron, the director of the agency. Peru only reopened its borders in mid-2021 and Saul advised us not to rush... the postponement to 2022 was very good advice! The day before the first tour allows us to take stock with the staff. We also met Saul who offered us some modifications. He was very good advice once again and we really appreciated the changes. Bike tour in Colca Canyon, transfer to Puno, excursion to lake Titicaca, transfer from Puno to Cusco via Langui Lake and three other lakes and bike tour, four days Inca trail trek, Maras Moray Ollantaytambo Pisac … super wow tours ! In addition to the great landscapes, you can count on the competence and kindness of the guides and drivers, on their knowledge, on their humor, on equipment in very good condition (mountain bike in this case), on a car that is always very clean despite all the dust stirred up… wow wow wow! Great times! Thank you to all of you who make Peru Adventure Tours a great agency and allow us to have an amazing vacation! We will not forget your address if we return to Peru!

Great experience. I booked a day tour of Arequipa and a one day trek of El Misti with Peru Adventure Tours. Saul was prompt to answer any questions I had prior to booking, and the tours were exactly what I hoped for. Carla (Arequipa day tour guide) and Karol (Misti trek guide) were both amazing. They were both personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There are many tour companies in Arequipa but I highly recommend Peru Adventure Tours.

Did a bike tour on the outskirts of Arequipa and it was incredible. The gear was very good, bikes worked well, and the guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a good tour agency in Arequipa, you've found it!

Arranged transport to Misit for 700 soles our “guide” didn’t know the route to the start point and had to be directed by us, the guide then got the car stuck half a mile from the start point. On the return once again after advertising being able to transport people to the trail start the new car sent to pick us up couldn’t make it to the start. Shoddy service

I wanted to see the source of the Amazon on my trip to the Colca Valley. I tried booking their mountain bike tour, and since I'm a solo traveler I even offered to pay for the two person minimum. They informed me that they didn't have an available mountain bike guide on the day in question. So I asked if I could do their half day vehicle trip to the Amazon source. They responded that they could arrange a half day car and driver, but no guide, for 600 soles. I said that would be perfect, but I never heard anything more from them. The day I wanted to go was today, and tomorrow I depart from Chivay, so I don't get to see one of the things I really wanted to see. If you're a solo traveler, don't bother with them, they can't be bothered with you.

Do not book with these scammers. We booked a 4x4 transfer tour from Puno to Arequipa for $580 US. The website clearly states we would travel in a "Jeep, Toyota Land Cruiser, or similar SUV" but we got a mini van. It was uncomfortable, and not very safe with the weather conditions. This would have been a 5 star review if they had provided the service they advertised and we paid for, but now we know this company cannot be trusted and should be avoided. Not only did they rip us off, they edited the website page to cover it up. Please read their response and see how they are trying to say we didn't understand what we were purchasing and tell me these people are not scammers. We have plenty of screenshots to prove it.
