They charge way too much for the diagnostic alone, 80 soles is excessive, and they want to sell controllers that cost 100 soles for 700, seven times their original price. Realistically, there are better places to get your electric bike repaired at a better price. Their prices are outrageously high; they take advantage of their monopoly in Arequipa. Look around; there are cheaper places to get it fixed, and the results are much better.
