The riding has been some of the best I've ever done. The area is huge and every day will bring new challenges and new parts of the local mountains and woods to explore. The guides all speak good English, constantly crack jokes and are very good riders who will constantly push you to increase your skill - a good thing but make sure to be clear if you want to take it easy. Riding 5 days in one week can be very exhausting, especially as a beginner. Depending on your skill/experience level (and also how hard you push yourself), I advice you to take resting days serious or perhaps consider 3-4 days. I was physically at my end after 5 days and could not have done any more riding, exhausted but completely satisfied!
