Experience stunning mountain roads with panoramic views. Enjoy sunset and sunrise views of Nevado del Tolima from the hotel.
- Duration: approximately 5.5 hours (off-road) or 2.5 hours (paved) Choose your adventure: off-road challenge or paved twisties. Visit the active Volcán Machín. Explore natural hot springs and stalagmites. Ride through the world’s largest wax palm forest. Make a coffee stop in colorful Salento. Evening soak in Santa Rosa de Cabal’s famous hot springs.
- Duration: approximately 4 hours Climb to volcanic heights and cross surreal páramo. Ascend to 4,000 meters at Nevado del Ruiz Volcano. Ride through páramo landscapes with frailejones and lagoons. Twist through mountain roads with epic views. Enjoy the evening in Líbano with a coffee tasting in the town plaza.
- Duration: approximately 5 hours Relax, ride, and return. Relax with a morning dip at a local balneario (spa). Make a scenic return ride toward Bogotá. Have a farewell group lunch. Finish in Bogotá by 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Each night is spent in handpicked local stays that showcase Colombia’s mountain hospitality. In Ibagué, you will enjoy hotel views of Nevado del Tolima, while Santa Rosa offers direct access to the famous hot springs. In Líbano, accommodation is in a cozy guesthouse near the town plaza, perfect for evening strolls and coffee tastings. Rooms are shared dorm style by default, with private room upgrades available for extra comfort.
