Start of the tour. First stop in Piran, a magnificent Slovenian coastal town, then departure into the low mountains of the Croatian hinterland to discover the panoramas of the villages of Grožnjan and Motovun. Return to the coast via Rovinj before the evening stage.
Full day following the panoramic and coastal roads of northern Croatia. An opportunity to discover breathtaking views over a sea dotted with islands and countless towns of character. Highlight of the day with the visit of Zadar. Stage on the Sukosan peninsula.
Departure along the Dalmatian coast toward the small town of Skradin, one of the oldest towns in Croatia. The road will take us to Trogir and then to the citadel of Omiš, with Split on our itinerary.
After passing through Ston, we will make a longer stop to visit the pearl of the Adriatic: Dubrovnik, a spectacular fortified city whose ramparts dominate the Adriatic, combining history, Mediterranean light, and breathtaking views. Entry into and first night in Montenegro.
Departure toward the famous Bay of Kotor. Passing through Perast before entering Kotor, the heart of this Mediterranean fjord with steep mountains plunging into the sea and spectacular roads. Return to the Dinaric Alps to reach Budva, then the plain of Podgorica.
Departure from the Montenegrin capital toward Durmitor National Park via the spectacular Morača Valley. This wild and preserved high-mountain park offers exceptional panoramic roads between deep forests, vertiginous canyons, and alpine peaks. Entry into Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Departure from Tjentište, a village of the Republika Srpska of Bosnia, known for its memorial of major battles of the Second World War. Heading toward Mostar via the Blagaj Sufi Monastery and the Kravica waterfalls.
A more flowing stage along the Neretva River, which winds through wild gorges and green valleys. This day will be an opportunity to discover a concentration of the karst landscapes of this region. Arrival in Bihać, surrounded by nature and renowned for its pure, emerald rivers.
Departure from Bosnia and Herzegovina and return to Croatia. A bit of urbex at the abandoned Željava air base of former Yugoslavia, then crossing of Plitvice National Park to reach the Adriatic Sea.
Leaving the coast and Croatia to enter Slovenia through a mountainous, green region, with winding roads perfectly suited for motorcycling. Ride through the heart of the Slovenian capital before the evening stage.
Final stage of this Balkan loop for a return to Italy through the Julian Alps, dotted with lakes, including Lake Bled, renowned for its turquoise glacial waters and its islet topped by a church. A stage rich in sensations for a gentle finish near the capital of Friuli.
