Itinerary
Day 1: Kazbegi - Gergeti Trinity Church - Juta - Kazbegi
This route is a challenging and scenic ride, taking you through the heart of the Caucasus Mountains. The trail includes rocky paths, steep climbs, and dramatic views of Mount Kazbeg and the Gergeti Trinity Church. It’s a must-ride for adventurous enduro riders seeking a thrilling and picturesque day on the bike.
Day 2: Kazbegi - Truso Valley - Kazbegi
Today's ride is a captivating day trip through some of the most remote and rugged landscapes of the Caucasus Mountains. This route will take you through rocky valleys, scenic ridgelines, and high-altitude terrain while offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Truso Valley is a hidden gem, known for its geothermal springs, unique landscapes, and historical ruins, making it a must-ride for adventurous enduro enthusiasts.
Day 3: Kazbegi - Gudauri Ski Park - Ananuri
This route offers a diverse and thrilling ride, combining mountainous terrain, ski resort areas, and historic landmarks. This ride is perfect for those who want to experience both the stunning views of the Caucasus Mountains and the excitement of riding through high-altitude snow-capped peaks in Gudauri, before descending to Ananuri with its beautiful fortress by the Aragvi River.
Day 4: Ananuri - Tianeti - Akhmeta
The route offers a blend of rugged mountain riding, scenic countryside, and vibrant village landscapes. This day will take you from the historic Ananuri Fortress through rolling hills and dense forests, before arriving at Akhmeta, a town known for its vineyards and proximity to the Kakheti wine region. This ride combines technical trails with faster dirt roads, providing a nice mix of challenge and relaxation.
Day 5: Akhmeta - Ikalto Academy - Telavi
The ride takes you through beautiful countryside, historic landmarks, and vineyards, combining both a challenging ride through nature and a cultural stop at one of Georgia’s oldest educational institutions. You’ll pass through rolling hills, forested trails, and vineyard landscapes, finishing the day in Telavi, the capital of the Kakheti wine region.
