Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Chandigarh \| Bike Handover & Briefing
Arrive in Chandigarh and check into your hotel. Meet your ride leader and fellow riders for the safety briefing and motorcycle allocation. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead. Early arrivals may explore the city.
Day 2: Chandigarh - Narkanda (189 km / 117 miles, 7-8 hours \| Alt. 2,708 m)
Your Spiti ride officially begins. Leave the plains and climb into the Himalayas through pine forests, winding mountain roads, and apple orchards, reaching the peaceful hill town of Narkanda.
Day 3: Narkanda - Sangla (153 km / 95 miles \| Alt. 2,650 m)
You will ride along dramatic cliff-side roads into the stunning Baspa Valley, one of Himachal’s most beautiful regions. Arrive in the cedar-lined town of Sangla with scenic river and mountain views.
Day 4: Sangla - Chitkul - Kalpa (100 km / 62 miles \| Alt. 3,000 m)
Ride to Chitkul, the last village of India on the Indo-Tibet border, famous for its pristine air and wooden houses. Continue to Kalpa, known for mesmerizing views of the sacred Kinner Kailash Range.
Day 5: Kalpa - Kaza via Nako (217 km / 135 miles / 8-9 hours \| Alt. 3,800 m)
Enter the stark, moon-like landscapes of Spiti Valley. Stop at Nako Lake and pass through ancient mountain villages and deep gorges before reaching Kaza, the Spiti headquarters.
Day 6: Explore Kaza - Langza, Hikkim, Komik & Kibber (60 km)
A relaxed exploration day covering iconic high-altitude Spiti villages: - Langza – Buddha statue & marine fossils - Hikkim – World’s highest post office - Komik – Among the highest motorable villages - Kibber – Snow leopard habitat, ancient village ambience
Day 7: Kaza - Chandratal via Kunzum Pass (160 km / 99 miles \| Alt. 4,550 m)
You get to ride over the majestic Kunzum Pass with 360° glacier views. Expect challenging off-road terrain and multiple stream crossings. Reach the mystical Chandratal Lake, known for its blue-green waters.
Day 8: Chandratal - Manali (110 km / 68 miles \| via Atal Tunnel)
One of the most adventurous riding days. Descend into Lahaul Valley and ride through the renowned Atal Tunnel into the lush greenery of Manali.
Day 9: Rest Day in Manali / Optional Ride to Kasol
Relax and explore Manali—or choose an optional ride to Kasol in Parvati Valley. Adventure activities like river rafting and paragliding available.
Day 10: Manali - Chandigarh (310 km / 193 miles)
Ride back to Chandigarh through scenic mountain curves. Return motorcycles and enjoy a farewell celebration dinner.
Day 11 : Departure
Fly out with unforgettable memories of the Himalayas and lifelong friendships.

Accommodation

Hot water and electricity (generator-based) availability may vary in high-altitude villages—part of the raw adventure of Spiti.
