Overview
When hearing about Indonesia, one often thinks only about the Hindu enclave in the Muslim-dominated archipelago. However, the whole breathtaking diversity of the Indonesian archipelago is displayed only to those travelers who also visit the other islands, such as the fertile central island of Java or the Lesser Sunda Islands east of Bali, where the flora and fauna are already almost similar to those in nearby Australia. The islands are of volcanic origin and are located on the Pacific Ring of Fire.

Itinerary
Day 1: Seminyak - Gilimanuk - Kalibaru (approximately 210 km / 130 mi - 30% off-road)
Early in the morning at 05:00, you will leave for Gilimanuk in West Bali, where you will take the ferry crossing to Java. You'll have to pass the busiest part of the whole trip, the main road of Denpasar - Gilimanuk, at this time of the day, when there is only a little traffic. Once in Java and after crossing Banyuwangi, you will begin to ride along dirt tracks and secondary roads until lunchtime, very close to the hotel. - Meals: Lunch - Accommodation: Hotel Margo Utomo (two stars)
Day 2: Kalibaru - Jember - Tumpak Sewu Waterfall (approximately 190 km / 118 mi - 50% off-road)
Depart at 08:00 towards Sudomukti, south of Bromo. On this day, you will ride much of the day along the southeast coast of Java. Spend the night very close to the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. - Meals: Breakfast, lunch - Accommodation: Artha Cottages
Day 3: Tumpak Sewu Waterfall - Bromo (approximately 110 km / 68 mi - 60% off-road)
Depart at 08:00. After breakfast, you will visit the amazing Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. From there, head towards the Bromo crater, entering it through the Malang area. Day 4: Bromo - Madakaripura Waterfall - Jember (approximately 153 km / 95 mi - 50% off-road)
Depart at 05:30 to see the sunrise over Bromo, return to the hotel for breakfast, and head to Madakaripura Waterfall. From there, cross the mountain tracks to the city of Jember. Day 5: Jember - Sukamade (approximately 120 km / 75 mi - 70% offroad)
Depart at 08:30. The first section will be asphalt, and then you’ll take dirt tracks that will take you to the Meru Betiri National Park. On this day, you will have the most beautiful and technical day of off-road driving. You will cross rivers and the jungle, and you will ride along beaches. By night, you will begin the 15-minute walk to Sukamade Beach. Day 6: Sukamade - Pulau Merah - Ijen (approximately 160 km / 99 mi - 35% off-road)
Depart at 08:30. You will leave the National Park, riding back on the same path as the previous day. From there, you will go to Pulau Merah Beach, where you will have lunch. Day 8: Lovina - Munduk Waterfall - Pura Batukaru - Jatiluwi - Seminyak (approximately 150 km / 93 mi - 30% off-road)
Depart from the hotel at around 08:30. Leave Lovina Beach to climb the mountain towards Munduk. The first stop will be a visit to Munduk Waterfall. From there, you will head to Pura Batukaru along secondary roads and dirt tracks.
