Itinerary

1. Day 1: Kathmandu (1,315m) arrival, airport pickup, and transfer to hotel

   Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal! As soon as you come out of Kathmandu airport, you will find Nepal Spirit Adventure's representative waiting for you in the waiting area right outside the arrival lounge. You will be warmly greeted and welcomed by the representative and led to the vehicle. The vehicle will take you to the trip's first hotel, most of the time in Thamel, which is a 20 to 30-minute drive, depending upon traffic, from the airport. 2. Day 2: In Kathmandu

   This day will be a full day in Kathmandu, and you may be interested in visiting Kathmandu's cultural heritage sites while Nepal Spirit Adventure is applying for the Upper Mustang special tour permit. 3. Day 3: Flight to Pokhara (820m) - 25 minutes

   Have breakfast, transfer to the airport as per Pokhara flight schedule, then go on an about 30-minute scenic Himalayan mountain-view flight to Pokhara. Then, transfer to the hotel, rest, and have time to lookup the motorbike as per your requirement. In Pokhara City, You can find a variety kind of motorcycle rentals. 4. Day 4: Pokhara to Kalopani (2,530 m) - 124 km \| 77 mi

   Breakfast is included at the hotel. Then, start the tour. In the first part, the road level is a paved road to the world's deepest gorge (104 kilometers long and takes about three hours to reach). The rough road will begins after Beni. The riding road will be a bank of Kali Gandaki River and huge waterfalls. Reach Tatopani for lunch break then continue the drive to Kalopani. From there, you can see the excellent views of Mt. 5. Day 5: Drive to Kagbeni (2,890m) via Muktinath - 38 km \| 23 mi

   After breakfast, you'll go on a bike ride on a rough road through Kali Gandaki River, with the scenic Himalayan range of Annapurna, Nilgiri, and Dhaulagiri. Reach Muktinath (3,800m), where you can visit the holy site Muktinath Temple and a Buddhist monastery. Ride back down to Kagbeni overnight.    Have breakfast and then ride to reach the Upper Mustang area after crossing the permit checking point at the end of Kagbeni village. The almost-riding road will be via a bank of Kali Gandaki River, and a typical settlement of local peoples. 7. Day 7: Ghami to Lo Manthang (3,700m) - 16 km \| 10 mi

   This will be quite an exciting day to reach the ultimate destination of this tour, Lo Manthang. Cross several Mani walls and a big village called Charang to visit Ghargumba. The panoramic mountain view can be always seen as a different angle view. You will then see wall-covered villages from far away. 8. Day 8: Hiking in Lo Mantang

   This day will be one of the best walking and hiking mini-trekking days around the famous Lo Manthang. It will be a natural way to explore by foothill journey. You will be exploring the ancient walled city of Lo Manthang, which was founded in the 1380s by Ame Pal. Lo Manthang has around 150 houses. Tall whitewashed brick and mud walls, gompas or monasteries, and the King’s Palace are the main attractions of Lo Manthang. 9. Day 9: Explore Chhoser Cave to Lo Manthang

   This day will also be a beautiful tour. After breakfast, start your motorbike drive to the Tibet border about 20 kilometers away and visit the Chhoser village, which can be a top highlight of this tour. The village offers ancient monasteries and many caves.     Go on a morning exploration in Kagbeni village after breakfast, then start your motorcycle ride to Tatopani (natural hot spring), passing the beautiful village apple garden of Jomsom, Marpha, Tukuche, and Kalopani, with wonderful mountain views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan ranges. In Kathmandu and Pokhara, you will stay on twin-sharing basis at three-star hotels that include breakfasts, and Nepal Spirit Adventure will provide a guest house along the Annapurna gorge. At the teahouses, you will have to share washing and toilet facilities. Also, note that single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu and the trip's regions.

Food

During this motorcycle tour, only breakfast will be included in Kathmandu and Pokhara. All your daily meals will be included during the rest of the tour. You can get and select all types of food like Nepalese, Indian, Chinese, and continental from the menu at all the guest houses and typical Nepalese restaurants along the journey.
