Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu airport pickup, transfer to the hotel

    Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, a representative from Nepal Spirit Adventure will welcome you and assist with your transfer to your hotel in downtown Kathmandu. After checking in and enjoying some refreshments, you will receive a detailed briefing about the trip.   2. Day 2: Kathmandu to Besisahar approx. 6 hrs drive (175 km / 109 miles)

    Kick off your adventure after a delicious breakfast at your Kathmandu hotel. Ride from Kathmandu along the scenic Prithvi Highway toward Besisahar. The journey covers around 175 km and takes 6 to 8 hours, mostly on smooth, paved roads that wind through lush hillsides and river valleys. Along the way, you can stop for lunch or a short break at places like Mugling or the charming hilltop town of Bandipur. Once you reach Besisahar, settle in for the night and get ready for the off-road ride that begins the next day. - Max. altitude: 760 m (2,493 ft) - Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner included -

  3. Day 3: Approximately 6 hrs bike ride to Chame village (65 km / 40 miles)

    Today marks the start of your off-road adventure. Leaving Besisahar, you’ll begin a gradual but challenging 65 km ascent to Chame, the administrative center of the Manang district. The ride takes around 6 to 8 hours, as the trail winds through beautiful villages like Syange, Jagat, Tal, and Dharapani. Expect narrow cliffside roads, stunning waterfalls, and thrilling suspension bridge crossings. You’ll gain significant altitude, so take it slow and enjoy the raw beauty of the Marsyangdi River valley.   4. Day 4: Ride from Chame to Manang 2–3 hrs (60 km / 37 miles)

    Today is a shorter ride but filled with exploration and sightseeing, including monasteries and old "gompas". The road from Chame to Manang offers some of the most stunning scenery of the entire trip. Covering about 60 km, the route passes through Dhukur Pokhari, the village of Pisang, and the small mountain airstrip at Humde. Make sure to stop at the famous Paungda Danda rock face for photos, and if time allows, take a short detour to Upper Pisang for breathtaking views of Annapurna II.   5. Day 5: Explore Manang valley

    Today is one of the most important days of the Manang valley motorbike tour. You can hike to the high gompa hill viewpoint to enjoy one of the best views of the Himalayas and the valley. Trek to Gangapurna Ice Lake or hire a horse ride to Tilicho Lake. Either option involves a long trek, returning to Manang afterward.   7. Day 7: Approximately 6 hrs drive to Kathmandu
