  2. Day 2: Kathmandu - Pokhara, 1291 meters (200 km / 124 miles, 5 hours)

Today the ride hits Prithvi Highway while cruising along the bank of Trushuli and Gandaki Rivers. As you approach closer to Pokhara, the Himalayan peaks give you a smile. You will encounter Annapurna and a unique fishtail will come into the loop of your eyes. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara with breakfast and lunch.

  3. Day 3: Pokhara - Kalopani (125 km / 78 miles, 5 hours)

Parikrama Treks and Expeditions asks you to pack, taking only what is necessary until you return. Starting out on the tarmac, you will get the opportunity to walk on one of Nepal's famous suspension bridges. There is a continuous change in the topography with every twist and turn. Finally, you will make it to Kalopani. Overnight at a guesthouse in Kalopani with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

  4. Day 4: Kalopani - Muktinath (60 km / 37 miles, 4 to 5 hours)

Today you will ride to the highest elevation destination of this tour “Muktinath”. You might be short of breath walking around the village and exploring. It is unlikely you will suffer from altitude sickness. Muktinath is part of the Annapurna Circuit, and you’ll encounter many trekkers. Overnight at guest house in Muktinath with full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

  5. Day 5: Muktinath - Tatopani (approximately 80 km / 37 miles, 4 to 6 hours)

Heading back down, you’ll stop in Kagbeni for a short visit to the local monastery. Here, many yogi’s come to isolate themselves in the caves. This village provides the best place to practice their meditation and rituals. You’ll then continue on to Tatopani to soak in the hot springs. “Tato” meaning ‘hot’ and “pani” meaning ‘water’, it’s obvious to see where this town's name came from. Overnight at guest house in Tatopani on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

  6. Day 6: Tatopani - Pokhara (105 km / 65 miles, 3 ½ hours)

Even though you rode this road a couple of days earlier, you’re going to see the gorges from a different perspective. It’ll give you a chance to soak up what you might have missed the first time. A short stop to take that Pulitzer prize-winning photo. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara on half board basis (breakfast and lunch).
