This is a sensibly paced road tour around this beautiful region on 250cc motorcycles with plenty of stops for photos and to investigate the local nature, culture, and history. You will be guided to the region's natural parks, historical sites, with a wide range of cultural activities.
Arrive in the afternoon/evening at the accommodation
Head out between 9:00 and 10:00 for a ride into the Montserrat mountains, stopping for refreshments mid-morning. You will visit a Spanish Civil War site and an abandoned mountain village at La Mussara with stunning views. Then you stop for lunch at a village restaurant before heading to the famous mountain village of La Siurana. In the afternoon, you ride some more brilliant roads in the Priorat wine region, arriving back at base around 17:00.
Head out between 9:00 and 10:00 heading towards Tortosa, visiting the eerie deserted mountain monastery at Balneari de Cardó and crossing the River Ebro on an ancient current-powered ferry. You will stop for refreshments on the way and have lunch in the Roman City of Tortosa with the opportunity for some sightseeing. Taking a different route back, you will ride some amazing twisties and finish up at the lovely riverside of Miravet where there is an opportunity to visit the impressive Templar castle.
Head out between 9:00 and 10:00 heading towards Tivissa where you visit a prehistoric excavated village with beautiful views across the River Ebro. From there, you ride through the mountains along some stunning routes eventually taking you down to the lively Mediterranean resort of Cambrils. There is an opportunity for looking around the local shops, checking out the marina, and having lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean. On the ride back, you stop at the ancient Castell Monestir de Sant Miquel d'Escornalbou where there is the opportunity to explore the beautiful buildings.
